POLÍTICA DE ENVÍO DE MARA FERREZ

Tiempos de Envío:

• Nacional: 1-2 días para procesar el pedido; 2-5 días para la entrega.

• Internacional: 7-10 días para la entrega.

Zonas de Envío:

• España:

• Peninsular: Envío gratis a partir de 75€.

• Islas Baleares: Envío gratis a partir de 85€.

• Exclusiones: Actualmente no realizamos envíos a Ceuta, Melilla ni Islas Canarias debido a restricciones logísticas y de costos asociados a los trámites aduaneros.

• Unión Europea:

Portugal. Envío gratis a partir de 85€

Austria, Bélgica, Alemania, Francia, Italia, Luxemburgo, Países Bajos Eslovaquia, Eslovenia e Irlanda. Envío gratis a partir de 170€  .

• América del Norte:

• EE.UU. Envío gratis a partir de 220€.

• Exclusiones: No realizamos envíos a Hawái, Alaska, Islas Marianas del Norte, Islas Vírgenes de los EE. UU., Samoa Americana, Guam, Islas Marshall, Palau, Military APO/FPO/DPO y Puerto Rico.

• México.. Envío gratis a partir de 220€.

• América del Sur: Colombia, Chile, Perú y Uruguay. Envío gratis a partir de 220€.

Retrasos por rotura de stock:

• En caso de que algún producto no esté disponible debido a una rotura de stock, el tiempo de entrega podrá extenderse. En tal situación, nos pondremos en contacto contigo lo antes posible para:

1. Ofrecerte una nueva fecha estimada de entrega.

2. Darte la opción de cancelar el pedido y recibir un reembolso completo dentro de los 14 días posteriores a tu solicitud, conforme a las normativas de consumo aplicables.

Retrasos y Reembolsos:

• En caso de retrasos en la entrega, investigaremos el estado del envío y te mantendremos informado.

• Si no recibes el pedido dentro de los plazos máximos estimados, tienes derecho a solicitar un reembolso. Este será procesado después de confirmar que el paquete no está en tránsito o que no se entregará.

• Si el pedido se entrega después del reembolso, deberás devolver los productos sin usar y en su embalaje original dentro de los 14 días naturales posteriores a la recepción. Si no se realiza la devolución en este plazo, nos reservamos el derecho de emitir una factura por el importe del producto y los gastos de envío adicionales que correspondan.

Rastreo:

• Se proporciona un código de rastreo una vez enviado el pedido.

Tasas e Impuestos:

• Los precios de nuestros productos no incluyen tasas ni impuestos de importación para países fuera de la Unión Europea. Estos cargos, determinados por las autoridades aduaneras locales, son responsabilidad del cliente y deben abonarse en el momento de la entrega o recogida del paquete.

• Te recomendamos consultar con la oficina de aduanas de tu país para obtener información detallada sobre posibles cargos adicionales.

Delays due to stock out:

• In the event that a product is not available due to stock out, delivery time may be extended. In such a situation, we will contact you as soon as possible to:

1. Offer you a new estimated delivery date.

2. Give you the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund within 14 days of your request, in accordance with applicable consumer regulations.

Delays and Refunds:

• In the event of delivery delays, we will investigate the status of the shipment and keep you informed.
 
• If you do not receive the order within the estimated maximum deadlines, you have the right to request a refund. This will be processed after confirming that the package is not in transit or will not be delivered.
 
• If the order is delivered after the refund, you must return the products unused and in their original packaging within 14 calendar days of receipt. If the return is not made within this period, we reserve the right to issue an invoice for the amount of the product and any additional shipping costs that may apply.
 

Tracking:

• A tracking code is provided once the order is shipped.

Fees and Taxes:

• The prices of our products do not include import duties or taxes for countries outside the European Union. These charges, determined by local customs authorities, are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery or pickup of the package.

• We recommend that you check with your country’s customs office for detailed information on possible additional charges.
